1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

3. How long does shipping take?

After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has started processing, changes may not be possible.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us before sending any return.

7. How do I request a return?

To start a return, email us at infovoryla@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide further instructions.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

9. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
